Lilac wakes up to Onyx staring at her "I think you need to get up for Hansley shall be here soon" his hand feels down her body and Lilac sits up as Onyx wraps his arms around her and kisses her shoulder. Lilac smiles at him and gets out of bed and dresses just in time as Hansley knocks quietly on the wall. Hansley turns and looks at Onyx shirtless in bed and smiles "welcome back my king" he closes to secret door and guides Lilac back to her room "thank you miss Lilac for bringing him back to me, to the kingdom". Lilac smiles "make sure he pretends to still act clueless though we need to find a way to take care of Madeline, Hansley could you get me near James? I told Onyx I would look at him". Hansley thinks for a moment "I will try but I dont know he is heavily guarded inside and out unlike Onyx". Hansley leaves and Lilac cleans up and goes to the dining room and gets there before the other ladies leaving Madeline impressed that she allows her to sit and eat this time. "Miss what is your name?", Lilac swallows her food and smiles "my name is Georgia milady", "today you go out and I present you to the people you will be the key to keeping those awful commoners from starting a revolution against me, you do understand that your important yes?" Lilac nods "yes milady I shall not allow them to turn against you". Madeline has all her ladies dress in different colored ball gowns and has Lilac put on pink jewerly with a pink dress and they go out onto a veranda and Madeline steps forward "my people my husband your emperor is not well, the previous king is on his death bed but I remain healthy! I shall rule you all fairly and justly" the people began to yell and some carry torches, Madeline clears her throat and motions for Lilac to step forward. "This is one of you her name is Georgia and she will help me understand you", the commoners mumble within each other "isnt that Lilac?" a man says and a woman responds to him "that is Lilac perhaps she is being held captive". Madeline thanks the crowd and leaves with her ladies following behind her "Georgia please get undressed immeditely one of the guards will make sure you take off that jewerly and it is returned, meet us in the ladies hall after" she walks away and Lilac is guided to a changing room and returns the gown and jewerly and puts back on her simple pink gown. Yet another boring day spent allowing Madeline whatever she wanted Lilac walks back to her room with a sigh and in a awful mood. Hansley reappears in her room "come lets be quick about it the guards are at a party Madeline is hosting for something of her reigning, that woman is awful cannot stand her" Lilac follows Hansley through a long tunnel and they both enter the kings chambers. Lilac walks over to king James who looks like he is struggling and checks his forehead "he has a fever for sure" Hansley helps Lilac gets James more comfortable and a cold towel on his head "what are they feeding him? drink?" Hansley shakes his head "no food but they bring him a tea that the doctor says will help ease pain". Lilac nods "any chance you could get me said tea and let me see it?". Uncertainly Lilac leaves the previous king with instructions for Hansley and goes back to her sleeping quarters for a little rest. Lilac stands up and sighs and dresses herself once again for another lovely day with Madeline and starts walking towards the dining room when she hears glass fall on the ground and she rushes into the dining room finding Madeline with her ladies and Onyx standing there. "Your majesty why are you out today is something the matter?" Madeline puts a hand flat on Onyx's chest and Onyx shoves her away "I believe I can come out to eat if I want to I am king after all yes?" the next two hours are spent in silence as they all eat quietly at the table, Onyx and Lilac steal glances at each other and Madeline scowls at Lilac believing Lilac is trying to become a mistress to her captive non husband.
