CHAPTER FIVE Winter had no idea what would be expected of her, dress wise, for dinner with Raziel Ganz, but then again, it had been so long since she’d been out. “It’s just freaking dinner,” she told herself angrily and pulled out a dark green dress from the depths of her closet. She hadn’t worn this since before the shooting, remembering that night. It had been one of Autumn’s book launches in Manhattan; the three sisters had giggled their way through the party, garnering disapproving looks from Helga, the aunt who had raised them after their parents died.
