"You are looking really good Mia. I can tell that the closer your wedding with Mateo is first approaching, the more you keep glowing. You don't know how excited I am to have you as my daughter-in-law. The first in this generation."
No matter how hard I tried to show my excitement, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. Why did Mateo's father want to see me? Why didn't he want me to tell his son?
