Matteo's POV
I sat in my car, watching and waiting. I don't care how long it was going to take, as long as I get to see the bastard who was responsible for even attempting to tarnish Isla's name. I could stay here for the whole day as long as I accomplished what I set out to do.
I had already informed my Father I wouldn't be showing up to work today. Even though he kept pressing, to know where I was headed and what was going to keep me busy for the day. I wouldn't give him that satisfaction. Our relationship was becoming more strained by the day. The only person I could confide in was dead, and I didn't want to bother my mom. Last time, she broke down in tears when she saw the ridiculous headline that useless Salvatore wrote about Isla.
