Chris walked hand in hand with Viper, headed back to her room. Dinner had been steak, potatoes, beer, and light conversation, just like always. So, why did this dinner feel off? Why did it feel awkward?             “Here we are.” Viper’s cheerful voice cut through her thoughts.             “Hey Viper, why am I locked in?” It was just another small thing about her situation that bothered her.
