Humans know rebirth from all old legends and ancient civilizations. It represents a cycle of life where all matter is transformed. With humans (at least those special ones), and ancient demigods and gods, this transformation was not Earthbound. Their life cycle was connected to the light and to the source that we probably forgot somewhere along the way.
Isis was swinging on her swing talking to the animals with so much love and affection. Eli was deep with her thoughts looking at the distant stellar bodies in the sky while the animals around her were having dinner.
“How come your house and backyard and everything around us is just like on the planet?”
“As I told you already, Earth is my home as well. Unlike you, I willingly chose that life the first time I lived there, with all of my memories intact. The system of energies was completely different and the sensitivity of all beings was much more evolved than it is today.”
“During the preparations, we had in the past days I felt my body becoming more human than it already is, how so? I sense that my understanding and channels of energy are slowing down. I am not able to communicate with you without words and only through these sensations. But even though I am aware of my body’s reactions, this same body is experiencing a crisis. Not being able to sense you on all of those levels awakens my primal instincts where I feel the need to touch you and explore your physical reactions…”
“I think it is so sweet that you forgot the names and ideas of s****l desires and are rediscovering them at the same time!”
Eli blushed and decided to change the topic.
“You still didn’t explain where we are and how can we be here and not be on Earth?”
Isis seemed a bit aggravated. She took a deep breath, then exhaled.
“What is it that you do for a living?”
“You mean did for a living.”, Eli interrupted.
“No, what you DO for a living Eli. Remember, you are going back as nothing happened. Your life is yours, just like it was. Unfortunately, your mind is becoming more narrow as we are getting closer to Earth, a simple biological reaction that I must not change. Humans managed to devolve because of their stupidity and your faith is like theirs, to some extent at least.
You have to understand and remember who you were, keep the knowledge I gave you, and confront what awaits as it already happened. You will remember the true nature of the events that lead to your death after you go back to Earth. It needs to be a gradual process and I am sorry I will not be there by your side to support you through the journey.”
This is the first time they talked, and there was restless energy between them. The period they spent together cannot be expressed in the time-space reference humans perceive. It was long enough for them to grow as Beings and fast enough not to be noticed by any other forms of life.
Isis had eons of experience in such crafts. She rarely let her emotions overwhelm her actions but this time Eli felt close, she was more than a daughter or sister. It was like Isis was with HIM, even though it was a long time ago, she was certain that a fraction of his essence was rooted somewhere in Eli. That was the reason they were so attracted to each other.
“Eli please remember all you can. You have the knowledge, but it will be hard for you to access it in the beginning. Remember what it was like to work as a journalist, as you will do it again.
Tap into that power and you will know how to discover the story, how to remember, and finally how to survive. You must prepare before the day comes. You will have a few years but bear in mind that only a few people will survive and there is no way to help all of the others as it will be time for a shift. It is almost inevitable and it MUST happen!
People all over the world, old and young will die.”, Isis stopped.
Eli wasn’t listening to any of this. Her eyes were wide open, she was blushing. Isis felt the attraction and started feeling very human herself.
“Eli PEOPLE WILL DIE!”, she shouted and started crying.
She felt so wrong talking about the death of all of those beings. Isis was a mother of love and her emotions got stronger by the minute. It must mean that they were getting close and that time was aligning with the dimension around the planet.
Eli felt something as well and knew it was time to go back.
“Will it hurt?”
“It won't be as bad as waking up with some hedgehogs scratching on the door.” Isis smiled, “Your body had the time to adjust and understand the first death. It will experience normal biological reactions to your raised awareness, but overall you should be fine.
Please learn and remember as much as you can before your birthday in 2012. Also, enjoy life and visit my old home for me if you can.”
She opened her arms and they shared a passionate hug. Eli felt the power radiating from Isis and resonating with her energy. It sounded like a song that wales sang in the oceans. Her eyes slowly started to close and she felt her kundalini rock her slowly to sleep.
Isis let her go and Eli almost floated back to earth. There was a flicker of light on the horizon, the plants grew a few inches in an instant and all the animals felt the powerful force of the Mother. Home missed her as well, but they had to depart for now.
***
In the blink of an eye, she felt gravity, oxygen, pollution, noise, and safety. She is back home, on the bed in her bedroom she left many years ago. Eli laughed. It was cruel of life to play so many games, it was cruel of HER to take her back quite a while in time.
Eli felt young- too young, adolescent to be exact. She saw her old journal on the table, took a pen, and decided to write a letter to her.
“My dearest,
You are cruel to push me so far away in time. I can imagine your smile and laughter. How amusing it must be for you to watch me cope with these hormonal feelings and emotions, with the knowledge of an adult.
I never thought I would just become a social experiment for you… “
She stopped writing and laughed out loud.
“My dearest?! I forgot how pathetic I was, or am… Agh, this is quite confusing. It almost feels like I forgot everything. I just need to relax, Isis told me to give it time. But so many years? I don't understand why she needs to push me so far back in time! As if I am incapable of…”
“Eli dear, who are you talking to?”
She forgot that at home people can't hear your thoughts unless you speak them. In this case, it would be better if she wrote or remained silent in case anyone would have any questions. The heavy thoughts were interrupted by her grandmother's easy steps and a light knocking.
Eli was terrified and excited because she was about to see her grandmother after a long time. After clearing her throat shortly, she responded with a single:
“ Come on in.”
Wearing the same old, red dress she used to wear, her grandmother came into the room. In her hand was a light blue cup in which she just poured some fresh coffee.
“Want some?”, grandma said, looking straight into Eli's eyes, and smiled.
“Yes please”, Eli answered trembling.
Grandma set the cup down on the bedside table and told her that she needs to rest, for her card game later in the evening. The door closed and Eli was alone again. Her heavy thoughts were back with a sense of adolescent depression.
It is hard to meet someone you’ve missed deeply, and not be able to change a single thing.
“Grandma shouldn’t notice anything strange about me”, Eli thought, “and I should stay away from her, even though I wish to hug her so badly and tell her so many things! Then again, I never did hug her when I was, no I AM this age. This is so confusing!”
She got up from the bed and took a few steps around her room- it felt familiar. Though not serene. but it did feel like home. Eli stepped in front of a rounded mirror and stared into her reflection.
“I look good for a person who just came back from the dead”, she thought out loud and smiled at her tormented figure in the mirror.
What she saw was a tall and fragile, redhead girl, with big, green eyes. She was wearing her large rounded eyeglasses. Her lips were small and pink, and her pale face looked exhausted.
“Why me?”, she asked without taking her eyes off the mirror. “I am just a woman, no, girl. I keep forgetting my age. I am just a girl with big hidden dreams. What is so extraordinary about me?”
Eli suddenly remembered a conversation she heard her grandmother's friends had a while back. They commented on someone's grandchild being “too calm for his age because he was an old soul”. It was an oddity at the time and they were concerned about his future… She smiled.
How fun is it to be young again with just the right amount of decadal advantage? It is said that the old souls should know that there is more to this life and that sometimes they have to live a short life on this planet to be able to move on. Sometimes the sayings are wrong…
The life we live is a fraction of the space-time continuum. That fraction can sometimes cause a disbalance in the everlasting harmony, and Eli has some role in it, though she is not entirely sure how, where, or why…
“Let's think about it, a little. I guess that my first task here is to find the strength and faith in myself. Get over my hormones and manage to grow-up overnight.”
She started laughing. Her body felt a pleasant sensation that happened somewhere outside of the realm and dimension Eli was in, but it was so close. The natural acceptance and speed of perception were just like when she was with Isis.
“Maybe she is close?”, Eli looked up and felt a pleasant heat through her entire body.
She blushed as her hormones were going wild. But she needed to focus and take her mind off these ideas (especially if SHE was somewhere near to hear them).
I need to remember my past- my life. This journal is half empty thanks to my depression, but I can use it to write down whatever is happening now. Okay, let’s see… Who am I?
I care for nature, animals, and love to be left alone. I enjoy the peacefulness, appreciate fresh air and lush green vegetation. Poetry, politics, philosophy… Journalism. I try to make this world a better place with one small deed at a time.
Isis must have seen something special in me, but I am not sure what.”, she said softly while stroking a leaf from her window plant.
Every teenager has s****l phantasies, explores textures, smells, and tactile sensations on their skin. But when a teenager knows about her future life, remembers the afterlife, and still wants something with a goddess … their sense of ego and superiority can run wild.
Those are the challenges Eli was preparing for before coming back. They had a purpose in her life mission, and she sensed that she will be learning something new soon.
She decided to start writing down her thoughts, as random as they may come in the hope to allow her subconscious to express the fine messages her body already knew. Just as she reached to pick up a pen from the work table she heard her bowels crumble.
“I am so hungry.”, she stopped, and insecurely shouted, “Grandma is there any dinner ready?”
She heard some words and did not understand them. She opened the door, and her grandma was going downstairs with a big heartwarming smile.
