"The capital!"
Sophie's excited voice filled the car as we crossed the city limits.
She pressed both palms against the window, her bright eyes sparkling with wonder.
"Mommy, look! The buildings are so tall!"
I smiled.
"They are."
"And there are so many cars!"
"That's what happens in a big city."
She gasped again as another skyscraper came into view.
"Can we see everything?"
I laughed.
"Not in one day."
She pouted dramatically before bursting into another fit of giggles.
