Jason left with his son and his friends, embarrassed, huffing and puffing.
In the conference room, Vanessa looked at Alexander pointedly. "A bunch of i***t didn't I tell you." Vanessa criticized.
"Wait how did you know they were idiots. Isn't this the first time you saw them." Xavier wondered.
"No she was sent undercover to their high school." Lucas said making Xavier look at Vanessa with pity.
"You don't have to go to school anymore now that we now that was their motive from the starting." Alexander said scratching the back of his head.
Victoria glanced at Vanessa nervously.
"If I don't continue going to school my cover will be blown, they will surely be suspicious. The timings are just too much of a coincidence to be overlooked." Vanessa simply stated.
Alexander nodded his head understandingly.
Xavier went home in his car.
While Vanessa, Victoria and Lucas met with an eyesore.
Candy. Lucas' mom.
Though her name is Candy she is anything but sweet.
She hates Vanessa for no reason.
"What are you doing here." Candy sneered when she saw Vanessa.
Vanessa looked at her blankly and looked around her in an ambiguous manner.
"Me?." She asked in a incredulous tone. "What are you doing here. Are you here for me." Vanessa started with disgust in her voice then later changed to coy.
Candy was livid when she heard the nonsense she spew.
"Stay away from my family." She seethed, grabbed lucas' hand and dragged him from her.
Lucas turned his head and mouthed a small apology.
Vanessa simply rolled her eyes.
"Candy is still wary of you. Seriously dude did you try to seduce her husband or what." Victoria joked.
"I will leave all the married man to you." Vanessa joked back with a sheepish smile making Victoria glare at her.
6:45 PM
SUNDAY
17th JULY, 2021
Vanessa and Victoria entered their home and stretched their hands.
Vanessa looked at Elizabeth and something near her caught her eye.
A file.
"What's that for." Vanessa frowned then asked Elizabeth.
"I found the masked men that stole the Jason's shipment." Elizabeth said. Victoria let out a wolf whistle after hearing that.
"It was tough but I looked closely at the footage. There was a man whose sleeve was ripped. He had a tattoo, a flower and skull tattoo to be more precise. It was easy to track down from there. The file contains his and his teammates info." Elizabeth explained and passed the file to Vanessa.
Vanessa skimmed through the file, reading through their information provided.
"How was the meeting." Elizabeth then asked making Victoria groan out loud.
"You want believe this those bastards are Vanessa's client. English mafia." Victoria said resentfully.
Elizabeth was taken aback by the newfound information and felt disgusted.
"With this we probably won't even need that plan." Vanessa said with a smirk.
"You are still helping them." Elizabeth wondered.
"Yes, 10 million dollar is not easy to get." She said with a wink. "By the way, on a totally irrelevant topic where is Jack's homework." Vanessa asked with mischievous glint in her eyes.
Elizabeth was suspicious but pointed towards her room nonetheless.
"Why do you want his homework sheet. Don't tell me." Victoria said then giggled in the ending.
"Well he asked me to do his homework." Vanessa stated with a mischievous smirk.
Victoria laughed while Elizabeth rolled are eyes and let out a groan.
"And get ready." Vanessa yelled.
"Why." Victoria yelled back.
"I don't want to drag this s**t on any longer."
AT THE SAME TIME
WITH XAVIER
Xavier was pacing around his room, clutching his head occasionally.
'Why was he there.'
'Was I mistaken. Did I mistake him for another person.'
'Or am I just overthinking.'
'Did he know about me, is that why he approached me?'
Were some of the questions he had in his mind.
He stopped pacing around then took a deep breath and decided to ask him to not misunderstand the situation.
'Maybe he was afraid of startling me.'
'Maybe it was a coincident.'
He told that to himself to calm himself down.
Before he can send a message he got a message from the person he wanted to talk too.

Why were you at that meeting???

Xavier looked at the message and heave a sigh of relief.
'It was just a coincidence.' He thought.

Why didn't you tell me you were involved with the English mafia.??

He typed fast a little frustrated the guy he liked, hid pieces of his life from him.
I was afraid you will leave me if you knew. Don't turn this thing around me. You too hid that you were part of assassin agency.

Xavier could literally feel the fury of that person.
I too was afraid, but I'm not part of the agency. I was only there because my friends were involved in that.

The man looked at his bright screen, lips curled up in disdain.
'i***t' He muttered with scorn.
He was still trying to figure out what went wrong in his plan.
She should've fallen for it. Where did I go wrong.
Since he couldn't get his plan done with her.
He needed to make use of the external help and his bait.

He thought with a wicked smile.
'Your days are counted Vanessa.'
