EPISODE 6 GETTING A HOTTY AS À FRIEND AT WORK

It Has been two weeks since Keira has been employed. So far, there was no problem, she hasn't seen her boss ever since and I was a great relief.

“Hey Keira, how are you today” Alex asked.

“I am okay thanks” Keira replied. Alex has been her closest friend at work. He takes his time to explain things to her and also trows a lot of jokes at her making her happy at work.

“Wanna go for breakfast lunch with me”He asked and Keira nodded in excitement.

“ It will be a pleasure” she said. She gathered her things and went out of her office with him.

During the lunch, they talk about work stuff and normal stuff not knowing someone was watching them. Since the restaurant was just across the street, the trip back was not long. Keira thanked him as he escorted her to her office. Before she could enter, she heard her name being called out

“Keira, in my office now” Vicenzo said in an unwavering tone.

“OMG, What did I do now” She asked Alex.

“Relax you will be fine. Just go. ”Alex encouraged her and she went to his office.

“Sir Vicenzo, I'm here” she said with a slight shiver in her tone.

“ Ms. Santos, I will like to remind you again that you are here to work not to engage in relationships with collegue. ” Vicenzo said angrily.

“Sir Vicenzo you must be mistaken. I'm not in a relationship with anyone here” Keira tried to defend herself.

“Then who is Alexander Carter to you” Vicenzo asked.

“ A friend” She said.

“Of course that's what you will say. Everybody is saying you guys are in a relationship but you are saying no” He asked with a jugey look.

“Sir Vicenzo you must believe me. They are wrong” Keira tried to explain.

“All I want to do is to remind you the reason you are here. Now you can go” He said walking to the ceiling to floor window.

“When everyone was saying you are in the Mafia, did they take you into custody” Keira asked.

“What did you just say”He asked turning his tilting his head.

“You heard me loud and clear Sir Vicenzo. ”She said. He walked closer to her till there was no space between them making Keira tremble under him.

“Do you actually think I'm afraid of the cops? You are one funny girl. ” He said caressing her cheek.

“Ok fine you are powerful and dangerous but believe me, Alex is not my boyfriend.” Keira said and when their locked, it stayed like that for a while before Keira looked away then Vicenzo nodded.

“I believe you. Just don't get too much closer to him” He said, Keira frowned a little but replaced it with a smile and left.

“Innocent, cute, and bold. How many characters do you have left for me to discover little lady. You are min Keira and I will not let that rat take you away from me that is a promise” He said to himself just then a call came and he picked.

“Boss, I have received a new investigation result that says that Ms. Keira has a young sister called Sofia. After their parents death, Keira decided to take her to a boarding school and had sold her father's properties to pay her fees but now the properties are finished except the house she is living in with he friend. Her sister is owing two years of school fees that is why she is desperate for the job boss” one of his men reported and there was a smirk on his face.

“How much is the fees she is owing” Vicenzo so asked.

“$60000” The other end answered.

“Make the boarding School call Keira tomorrow, giving her two days to come up with that money” He ordered and hung up.

“ Now, I will have you. Let us see how you can run away from me” Vicenzo said with a smirk looking at Keira's picture on his phone.
