" I still had a slight hope from you, but now I lost it" I paused bowing my head to hide the tears that threatened to overflow. " I'll give you divorce, you...can marry him" at last my voice cracked and I felt a sick feeling curdling in the pit of my stomach. My heart pounding against my chest. Breathing became a most difficult task at the moment. I flickered at her slightly widen eyes, but she regained herself. I scrutinized her face for a minute, but there was no sign of any remorse or pain Across her face. The sign was clear, indicating for me to leave. As I took a step backward her words stopped me on my tracks. "I had heard there's two things life you can't take back Mr Aameen" She paused, her face deadly serious. I stared at her choice of words, gulping down the lump that now formed in my throat. " words and bullets. So make sure you hit what you aim at and make sure you mean what you say...good bye" As she completed her voice echoing throughout the large room, like a manthra that's being repeated again and again. I kept my gaze at her to find any oaunch of emotions. But there were none, Buttoning her suit, she then tucked her hair behind. I stared at her disappearing sight, my throat went dry, completely out of words and completely out of voice. I wanted to shout with all my might, But unfortunately I couldn't utter a word, shouting was too far from the way. Tears stung my eyes, and all I wanted to do right that moment was, drop on my knees and cry my heart out, like there was no end to and there was no tommorow. " She is not the woman you loved AAMEEN, but she is now your hidden rival" My heart reminded adding fuel to my already firing heart. "My hidden rival" A whisper left my mouth. With broken smile that now tucked my lips.
