Pierre clenched his fists in fury. He couldn’t believe Martin was still so arrogant even behind bars.
Pierre punched the glass partition in front of him, causing the room to tremble slightly. The guard on duty immediately warned him.
"Calm down. Whatever he says won’t make you feel any better," Alden said, trying to calm his future brother-in-law.
Pierre turned to Alden and handed him the phone receiver he was holding.
"Maybe you can make him realize his mistakes."
Alden hesitated for a moment, but finally took the receiver from Pierre’s hand.
