THIRD PERSON 'S POV Lucy's phone pinged, alerting her to a message. But she felt too exhausted to open it. After a while, the phone started ringing, but she just let it ring. Clinton looked at her through the front mirror, his eyebrows furrowed, but he said nothing. As soon as Clinton parked in front of the firm, Lucy alighted and made her way to her office. On her way up she noticed Caramel observing her from a corner, but she wasn't in the mood for her stupid antics. “Ma’am…” Grace started to say as Lucy passed her office. Lucy raised her hand, stopping her from continuing. “Don't let anyone in for the next hour.
