Eudora Cook immediately got up and stumbled towards the door.
She had barely taken a few steps out of the door when Dave Abraham grabbed her wrist.
"I knew you weren't an easy woman to deal with! Thinking of deceiving me? Not a chance!" Dave Abraham said fiercely. To avoid drawing attention, he then feigned a softer tone, "Darling, don't go. I was wrong, okay? Don't be like this, come back with me!"
"Let go of me!" Eudora Cook struggled, but her head was spinning, and she felt her strength gradually fading.
"Do you not like the flowers I gave you?" Dave Abraham asked as he pulled Eudora Cook toward his VIP suite.
