Chapter 8: He Had Betrayed Her Long Ago
Eric Isaiah and Lennon Bauer immediately gave Vincent Clark a meaningful look, signaling him not to get involved.
Vincent Clark glanced at Eric Isaiah and Lennon Bauer, completely ignoring their hints. After handing the phone back to Eudora Cook, he continued, "Eudora, come with me!"
With that, he walked out of the dormitory alone.
Eudora Cook quickly asked Eric Isaiah and Lennon Bauer to watch over her suitcase. Picking up her handbag, she immediately followed Vincent Clark, leaving Eric Isaiah and Lennon Bauer looking at each other in confusion.
As Eudora Cook caught up with Vincent Clark, she noticed his heavy-hearted expression and couldn't help but ask, "Vincent, what's wrong?"
