When Stephanie walked into Michael's office, she found him, as usual, sitting in his executive chair and looking out through the large windows of his office. When Magda became his new boss, Stephanie thought, the only thing she was going to miss was the impressive view from her current boss's office.
"Do you think you're going to betray me?" Michael asked as he turned around, without getting up from his chair.
Stephanie pursed her lips and opened her eyes as if she needed to do so to see her boss better.
"How does he already know? Does he have microphones in Magda's office?" Stephanie wondered, surprised. Only a few seconds later, she realized that it might just be Michael's suspicion after finding out she was talking to the department head.
"What are you talking about?" Stephanie aske
