Revenge on Alpha Danon

Chapter 2

As I stepped into the mansion to tell Danon that I was pregnant with him, I came across someone.

RITA.

The moment she set her eyes on me, she burst into laughter. Deep bowels of cackling made me fold my fists in anger. I never for once liked her because she was closer to Danon than I am.

She is known to be the prostitute in the pack house, most especially Danon's s*x slave whom he has intercouse with anytime or any day. Since Danon hadn't seen his mate, he decided to make Rita his mate, and the thought of it made her blood boil.

He never for once looked at me after many years of crushing on him, but he was so attached to a packed hooker.

" Danon, it seems you have a visitor." She took a deep breath between each chuckle as she looked at me with those evil eyes of hers.

Danon didn't seem to understand what she meant, not until he turned to see me close to Rita.

" Isn't she the mateless and wolfless girl in this pack?" She asked and my head spun in annoyance.

What was she saying about me?

It seems there are rumors about me being mateless and wolfless.

" Ah! There she is. The omega girl?" Danon proclaimed and they both looked at each other and burst into laughter at my cost.

Seeing how I was being mocked like a nobody, I folded my fists in anger and turned around and walked away. I decided to keep my pregnancy a secret because, with the way I was being mocked, I didn't think Danon would accept his child, he might even call me a hooker who goes around sleeping with different he-wolves and I wasn't ready to explain anything to him.

" Come back here b***h!" Danon whooped at me and I stood frozen on my track without turning back because I felt the power of the mate bond holding me down.

What was happening?

Why am I feeling the mate bond when I have no mate?

Different thoughts were running through my mind and just as I tried to wrap my head around what was happening, I felt the hands of Danon caressing my shoulder, then he moved his hands to my collarbone and I shuddered at his touch.

I closed my eyes, yawning for more of his touch and I didn't know why. He wasn't my mate but I was yawning and aching for his touch.

What the hell is happening?

" Just look at her," Danon grinned devilishly. " She is yawning at my touch" he added, and Rita began to laugh again, which made me snap my eyes open.

My cheeks became red with embarrassment. I have never been this embarrassed in my whole life and this duo was making my life a living hell.

" Can you please let me go?" I asked, my voice so low that it was barely audible and Danon smirked.

" Oh! I thought the cat tied your tongue," he said, and ran his fingers on my cheeks, making me flinch. " I thought you couldn't talk" he snickered and I folded my fists more tightly, almost drawing out blood.

" I can feel your arousal," he said darkly, and I tried to speak but nothing came forth, so I just put my lips out, almost drawing out blood.

" Do you think he would mate with you?" Rita sneered and I turned swiftly to her.

What does she mean? Mate how?

I don't have a mate, but why was she speaking of getting mated?

" What are you talking about?" I asked with my brows raised and she frowned for some seconds before chuckling.

" Oh! Now I get what you meant." She said and took slow steps to where I was and touched my cheeks with her red-painted nails making me squeeze my face in disgust.

Everything about her disgusted me but I was trying my best to hold it in.

" Danon is your mate." She dropped the bombshell and my eyes widened.

I was dumbfounded. Danon was my mate? Then why didn't I feel the mate bond since? Why now? So it turned out that my long-time crush, the guy I have been crushing on for many years, turned out to be my mate. What can be more blissful than this?

Many things because I knew for sure that he was going to reject me since he didn't welcome me with open arms when he found out that I was his mate, so there was no use having false hope of him accepting me as his mate now.

" Why aren't you answering? Can't you feel the bond between us?" He chuckled devilishly, more like he was mocking me.

" She can't feel it, my dear Danon," Rita chipped in. " Because she is a wolfless omega who doesn't have a wolf." Rita declared, and I staggered backward.

All this while, I thought I was mateless. I had a mate for three years without knowing. Was the moon goddess playing some kind of trick on me?

" Danon darling, this girl doesn't deserve to be your mate and I am sure you won't accept a wolfless freak as your mate, or would you?" She asked, and Danon shook his head.

" Of course not." He said and smirked at me. " She's wolfless, and an omega. Gosh! I just can't see myself accepting her as my mate." He added, and it felt like I was being stabbed with a knife straight at my heart.

" I, Danon Kevin, the alpha of Mountain Hill Pack, reject you, Kiera Bieber, the omega of Mountain Hill Pack, as my mate," he said.

The minute he finished his words, I felt a piercing tear in my heart as if someone was piercing my heart with a dagger and I staggered backward, falling to the ground with a loud thud while Danon and Rita watched me with a smirk on their faces like I was a sort of interesting movie.

" Just take a good look at yourself," he said, looking at me from head to toe as I wailed on the ground as a result of the rejection. " Just a little rejection and you're wailing on the ground like a fish pulled out of water" he scoffed.

" So tell me, how were you supposed to be my mate and Luna of this pack?" He mocked and I glared at him as my eyes turned red because of too much pain. I couldn't form a word out of my mouth because of the pain, but what was ringing in my head was REVENGE.

I was surely going to come back for my revenge. I will make him pay for everything he did to me.

" Guards!!" Danon shouted and some guards ran past me to meet him. I was happy because the moon goddess had helped me find a way to start a good life before coming for my revenge.

" Throw her out of this pack now!" He growled and they bowed their heads and walked to where I was standing and held me by my hands, dragging me out of the pack house.

As I was being dragged, I turned back and glared at Danon for the last time before I was taken away to the pack gates, which were at the end of the pack.

" Ahhhh!" I winced as they threw me outside the pack boundary like trash and I glared at them with so much hatred burning in my eyes.

Today was the worst day of my life. I thought today would mark a new beginning in my life but it turned out to be the worst day ever.

" Just you wait, Danon. I am coming back for my revenge." I said through clenched teeth.
