15 Prema turned off her shower and dried off with the not-very-effective towel that had been supplied with her room. She pulled a red sundress over her still damp skin and brushed her teeth while looking at herself in the mirror. She had bought the dress from a man selling clothes on the cliffs with his two daughters, who were both adept saleswomen at the ages of nine and ten. "It is looking very nice with your skin," the younger one had said as Prema held the dress against herself in the tiny mirror. She grinned at the girl and bought three dresses. A sundress over a bathing suit had quickly become her uniform during the week she had spent here.
