When I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw was Raphael's bedroom ceiling.
For a few seconds, I simply lay there, trying to gather my thoughts. Everything that had happened over the past few days rushed back at once. The engagement was over. Serena's lies had been exposed. The investigation had uncovered the truth.
