Kael stood up at that table and cleared his throat like he was about to give some big important speech and honestly the whole room went quiet immediately because everyone could tell something was coming.
"I called this meeting today because I have a serious legal complaint," he said, looking around at everyone slowly before his eyes landed on me, "Alpha Raphael forcefully took my child from my pack two months ago and I am here to formally sue him under the alpha law."
I kept my face completely still and just looked at him.
"The law is very clear on this matter," he continued, "no alpha is permitted to use his power and his position to wrongly take what belongs to another alpha. What he did was a direct violation and I want justice in front of all of you as witnesses today."
