LINCOLN'S POV:
Von and Ash were still asleep when I heard the doorbell ring. I quickly got dressed and began to head for the door. The doorbell rang again and Von and Ash began to wake up.
"I got it!" I announced as I left for the door. My words barely registered to both of them as I made my way downstairs. I opened the door and was surprised to see two police officers.
"Good morning! We were just at your neighbors house looking for Ashiah Kingston. Her cleaning lady told us that she might be here." The officer stated.
"Ummm, yeah she is here. She is just waking up. I can go get her. Can I know what this is in reference to?" I inquired nervously.
