"Senator Holt's office has been in touch," Vance said. "The Senate Judiciary subcommittee on education data privacy would like you to testify. Not as a required witness — as an expert voice."
Mia set the pen down.
"When?" she said.
"Three weeks," Vance said. "They've scheduled the full hearing for the third week of May. You'd be the opening witness."
"What's the scope?"
