MATEO'S POV
The house was oddly silent but laughter came from one direction.
The garden.
I didn't want to go but after my mother told me what Olivia was doing? I just couldn't help myself.
After yesterday's dilemma, I decided to ignore her. Yes It was childish but I couldn't imagine what I would do if I kept seeing her.
I needed time to cool off and luckily the office did just that with piling documents to be reviewed and signed. I had my head buried deep in them all day but still Olivia's name found its way to my pen.
"Alpha." Beta John and his pack of friends flinched as I came in front of them.
"It's fine, I only want to see." I said calmly and they agreed. I stood there secretly as I listened to the ladies' conversation.
"Typical ladies and gossip." I snorted
