My heart still felt heavy in my chest as I watched over Olivia. Leaving her side had become impossible now.
If anyone had told me two years ago that I would care for another lady like this, I would have laughed hard in their face but yet here I was, hopelessly protective of a mate that wasn't even mine.
Alex's presence only made my blood boil more but he refused to leave her side after so many attempts to chase him out.
"Why isn't she waking up?" He asked, his gaze still stuck on her. For a moment there I almost believed he cared for her genuinely but I knew too well it was only a show to win her over and take her away from me.
"If you can't stay you can as well leave." I started and he finally looked at me.
"I'm not going anywhere until she wakes up." He
