YRENE'S POV
Kaden looked at me with such intensity that it freaked me out. It seemed like he was looking through me.
I blinked, and lowered my lashes, the very first sign of a blush appearing on my cheeks.
Kaden lowered his eyes, and went back to staring at his dark costume which made everything seem better. The breeze suddenly began to flow better and the atmosphere was a cool one.
"I found a love... For me..." I started, the lyrics soft, and this time, my voice wasn't wobbling and trembling. It was stable, and sounded sweet even to my ears.
As I continued to sing softly, I saw Kaden's long lashes close gently. He flipped them open the moment he realized they had been closed and it made me smile.
Maybe drunk Kaden was better than sane Kaden.
