Kadyn's eyes twitched slightly before she opened her eyelid to meet the blinding light of her hospital room. With a rhythmic jerk, Kadyn abruptly sat up in a cold sweat. Before her memories slowly returned to her mind, she thought that she was in the custody of imperial forces.
