"Miss Vivian? Miss, you're awake? You're awake now! You've given me such a scare!"
Vivian finally opened her eyes as Aunt Blaine kept calling out to her.
The first thing she saw as she opened her eyes was Aunt Blaine's eyes that were red and swollen from crying.
Even now, her eyes were still filled to the brim with tears.
Just then, everything that had happened in the past twelve hours started playing out in Vivian's mind like a movie.
Vivian's face drained of all its colour and she gripped Aunt Blaine's hand tightly.
"Aunt Blaine—" Vivian sobbed.
She had no idea how she managed to come home from that terrible, terrible place, but now that she'd seen Aunt Blaine, she couldn't hold back her emotions anymore.
