Sienna Ava’s voice broke the air like a knife. “Uh… restroom… where’s the restroom—” Before I could even move, she staggered forward, one hand clamped over her mouth. She didn’t even look straight at us. Her gaze was glassy, unfocused, like she saw bodies moving but couldn’t place who they belonged to. Then she bolted. The sound of her retching in the bathroom made my whole body go cold. Jaxon jerked away from me, eyes wide. “Shit.” He dragged his shirt down, grabbed his phone, and whispered sharply, “I’ll go back to my room...cover up fast.” He slipped out just as quickly as he’d come in, leaving me scrambling to pull on my bra, tug my shirt back into place, and shove my messy hair behind my ears.
