"So?" I asked Laelia who suddenly showed up here. I had thought they would need enough time to talk through the problem so seeing her here, made me nervous.
I was so sure nothing could go wrong and now, I wasn't sure any longer. Her expression too wasn't helping matters
"You were... You all were right. I guess I had only worried and caused myself heartache and you all to worry for nothing" she smiled but I was still worried, why was she looking so down?
"That's great news then" I chuckled trying to figure out by her expression what the problem could be. Laelia had once complained about how unfair it was to not be able to listen to our thoughts the same way we could listen in on hers. Dad had then performed a ritual that made it impossible to hear her thoughts.
