I arrive home and I instantly throw my stuff on the ground and sigh. I needed a shower. I walk into my bedroom and strip down, throwing all of my dirty clothes in my hamper. I have to remember to do laundry tomorrow. I noticed that the house looked barely touched. Eli had made sure to keep it clean. Probably out of respect for my mother. Ah, mom. She was such a strong woman and was so persuasive. She made me want to be better than I was. She supported me no matter what. Ivy reminds me of her in that sense.
