Marriage?

When I woke Jewel had wrapped herself around me again, this time I don't think there's a way out.

Looking around my room I noticed a box and a note on my side table

I reached my arm over to grab it

Don't take this off unless I tell you to

I grabbed the small box to look inside

I like that its small and simple, but I don't know him nor love him enough to even consider marrying him

I closed the box and out it back hoping to forget that it's there

"What are you doing mommy?" Jewel said sitting up

"Nothing baby doll, did you sleep well?"

"Yes mommy but i'm hungry"

"Then let's go get some breakfast" I said lifting her up off the bed

The boys were already at the table eating when we got to the kitchen

"How'd you sleep?" Jim asked

"Fine" I said taking a seat by him

Everyone turned their heads when the said of a chair made a screeching sound across the floor

Nathan quickly got up grabbing me, throwing me over his shoulders and started walking away from the others

"What are you doing?" I asked trying to get out of his arms

"What does it look like" was all he said

He took me back to my room

"I know you saw the ring why don't you listen" he threw me down on a chair grabbing the ring box

He grabbed my left hand and put it on

"I don't want it and I don't want you" I said going to take the ring off

"Oh but honey, you don't have a choice. You wear my name already and i've already told you that your mine." He said in my ear

"If you take that off there will be punishments, now go eat your breakfast"
