The whole drive home is like a new adventure.
I don't recognize anything.
The streets seem completely empty.
I feel completely empty.
Finally we stopped in front of a big old brown house.
It has a big lawn, and a big front porch.
But again I don't recognize it.
My grandmother and the driver gets out and takes out my belongings.
My grandmother opened the door for me and helped me up to the house.
She opened the door.
I walked into the house.
It's like walking into a different world.
The lounge is bright and big with old antique furniture.
Its an open plan design with the kitchen on the right side and a dining room onthe left.
The whole area is beautiful.
I walked in and sat on the sofa.
On the wall are numerous pictures of me.
I am so happy in them all.
I see on picture with two other people in it with me.
"Nana, who is in that picture with me?"
She looked at me pointing to the picture.
She walked over and slowly picked up the picture.
She softly caressed the picture with her hand. She comes to sit next to me.
"Maya, I really wish you could remember..."
She said before letting out a deep sad sign.
"This is Andrew, and this is Nathan, they are your older brothers."
She pointed at the two boys.
I look at the picture.
Andrew, the one on my left had dark brown hair and green eyes.
He is quite handsome I might add.
And Nathan has Blonde hair and green eyes.
Also very handsome.
I take the picture and look at it.
" Nana, what happened to me?"
I looked at her, tears dripping from my eyes.
"Nana, where are my brothers?"
She looked at me and a sadness washed over me.
She placed her hand on my shoulder.
"Maya, just know this... What ever happened wasn't your fault, and your brothers will be back soon I promise..."
She gets ul and heads to the kitchen.
I get up and head to the kitchen.
She hands me a glass of water.
"Now have this than we can go to ur room."
I drink the water and me and Nana head down the hallway.
On the walls are so many family pictures.
But they are only me and my siblings.
Soon we reached the last door.
My Nana opened the door.
I walked in.
My room is a Beautiful Purple color.
Butterflies everywhere.
There's so many trophies on the wall.
The window has a sun seat right in front of it.
There's a big bookshelf next to the window.
And its filled with books.
I walk over to it.
I slide my hands across the books.
They are all romance books.
Was I a lover of novels?
The thing is I still don't recognize anything.
I head over to my bed.
I sat down.
Nana gives me a smile, she placed my bags on the bed than walked out and shut the door.
I am so tired.
I lay on my bed.
The sheets smell funny.
Or maybe I was in the hospital to long.
O well.
I fall of to sleep.
"Maya, No... Please, please, she has nothing to do with me..."
I wake up drenched in sweat.
What the hell.
I looked at the clock on the night stand.
03:00am
Whats happening.
Did I just have a memory?
Or just a nightmare?
I get up and head to the kitchen for some water.
I entered the kitchen and find my Nana sitting in the dark.
"Nana?"
She seems startled.
"O... Maya, it's you..."
"are you okay child...?"
She asked as she turned on the lamp on the wall.
"Um, no I was just thirsty."
She gets up and hands me a glass of water. "Here, I am going to bed... Love you"
She kisses me and heads to her rokm on the second floor.
I stand there.
Why was she sitting in the darkness?
And why was she so startled?
I drink the water and go back to my room.
I really am still so worried about her, but the medication is still in my system so I immediately fall of to sleep again.
When I wake up, it 09:00am.
I get up and head to the bathroom.
I was about to walk in when I heard Nana on the phone.
"She is fine Andrew, just come home soon... Okay I love you... Be safe... And Andrew, please tell Nathan to call me."
She cuts the call.
I run into the bathroom.
Whats that about?
Why should he be safe?
And whats with Nathan?
Was he angry at Nana?
I brush it of and take a shower...
I finally got out and got dressed.
I head to the kitchen.
I walked in and saw a Man sitting at the counter.
Nana saw me and she seemed like she was surprised.
He looked at me to.
The look on his face left more questions again.
He than jumped up and soon was embracing me...
I stood there with my whole body numb.
What the hell?
Who is he?
