AZAZEL’S POINT OF VIEW I went stiff on hearing her question and stood a little uncomfortable when the silver hair floated towards me. The only thing that separated me from touching her was the fence, not that I wanted to touch her. “Excuse me, who is it? Are you here to see the Reverend Mother?” She suggested with a smile, and my heart began changing rhythm. Even though I have seen her smiling all the time, this was the first time it was directed at me. Not even my wife has been this pleasant to find me. “No, I am here to see you.” On hearing my voice, her smile weakened for a split second, but later it turned into a full-blown one. Did she recognise me? “You are the man who saved me from the offender, aren’t you?” Her eyes glinted in excitement, and I hummed, unable to form words.
