A computer with a heart
*flashback*
"What is this mommy?"
You pointed at a big box wrapped in wrapping paper with a cute bow on top
"Well... Since it's your birthday in 2 days your daddy and I decided to buy you something very special but it came early"
Your mother said kneeling to look at you in the eyes
"Now honey you can open it now but you have to take good care of him"
Your father said
"Thank you mommy! Thank you daddy! I promise I'll take good care of my puppy"
You hugged them both
"It's something even more special. Go open it and see"
Your father said. Although you really wanted a puppy for your 6th birthday you were really excited to see what was in that enormous box that was standing right in the middle of your living room. You tear the wrapping paper of the box and remove the bow. You slowly opened the box.
"What is it?"
You asked kinda disappointed
"It's a robot"
Your dad said as he got him out of the box
"But it looks like a real boy"
You said
"His name is Renjun"
Your mum hugged you
"Happy birthday"
They both hugged you
"Happy birthday"
You heard a soft voice from the couch.
"My name is Renjun"
*end of flashback*
A tear dropped on your floor. One, two, three, four,...
You were best friends. He meant the world to you. Your earliest friend. You meant the universe to him. Only thing you didn't know how is that over the past 10 year Renjun fell in love with you but you were so stupid and you went out with another guy just because he's popular. That guy didn't even like you. He was just using you. Same as you did to him. You really loved Renjun but now it's to late. He can't be fixed. You never thought this would happen but yet here you are. His heart broke in pieces when he saw you with another guy so he went home and shut himself down. Your parents tried everything to bring him back before you come home but nothing worked. They tried putting the new batteries in and checking his wires but sadly Renjun was gone. Only now you realize how much he meant to you. Your eyes filled up with tears when you came home. He's gone because of your stupidity until your tears spark something in him and he starts to work again.
"Renjunie!! Don't ever do this to me! I love you God dammit!!"
"You do"
"Always did and always will. I never liked that jerk anyways"
"But I live you more than a friend ever could"
"I know Renji, I love you"
"I love you too Y/N"
