The man was practically shaking in his boots, staring at me, different horrors going through his mind of what I was going to do to him. I paced about in the room, thinking of what to do. A part of me wants to rip him apart while the other part knows that I needed him alive to find her.
“So, I'm going to give you two options,” I spoke lowly. “Either you tell me the truth and I'd consider releasing you or you lie to me and I torture you till the extent that you'd beg for death but it wouldn't come.”
He shrieked after hearing those words. “Please, Alpha. I'm just a messenger, I didn't mean to do it,” he pleaded.
I chuckled bitterly. “Messenger? You're supposed to be loyal to me but it didn't take you more than a second to betray me. Why should I show you mercy?”
