My beta entered my chamber without even knocking. I had to force myself not to get upset with him, because I knew there was no way he'd enter without knocking if it wasn't an emergency.
“Whatever you have to say— Make sure it's important,” I told him, getting off the chair and making my way towards the bar that was located at the East wing of my chamber.
He nodded. “Lycan king— Edvin is here to see you. He looked furious and was throwing a fuss in the pack. Pardon my lack of manners earlier on, but I think this is something that requires your intervention.”
I rolled my eyes at the thought. What the f**k was Edvin doing here anyways? He already had Ariana. What more could he possibly want from me? Is it until he takes my dignity with it?
