I got back to Edinburgh 5 days ago, I got off the private jet and went straight into work to sort out business. I wanted to make a few changes with the project departments that are here and in Manchester. Paige brought a few things to my attention as I watched her work and realized we lack in some of them areas so tightening up is now a focus of mine.
My main office is the Edinburgh one, that to me is my baby. It took me alot of hard work to get these offices to take off. When my father signed the offices over to my mother she had no idea that they were in so much debt with no clientele and basically failing. I took over and worked my ass off to get them thriving. That's why I don't think of them as a chain with his company as we do extra work that he doesn't even do.
