I have spent the last three days training Suzi, she just isn't understanding what I do. I'm finding it exhausting and frustrating but what's more crazy is that we have the meeting this afternoon with her father for a huge contract.
Suzi has set up where we meet him, I have to just go through things with her so she will know what to say to him.
After me telling her for over an hour just the basics of what to say which she is clearly still not grasping, she looks over at me with a smirk.
"Paige I totally get it okay I don't need you now!" she says sharply
"Oh really so you don't need my input at all? on the whole project ...like zilch input" I say to her with wide eyes.
"well maybe but i will just come to you when I need you?" she says casually.
