Into the night

Chapter 2

Camping Day .........

Alarm goes off .... gringhggg..... gringhgg.........gringhgg.......

Arghhh..... Arghhh .... penelope struggled to get out of bed as she keeps slamming her bed side stool with the intention of turning the alarm clock off .

gringhgg...grin... it continues ringing, the loud noise forces her out of bed , she sits up and turns it off . it's 8:30 and am so tired she laments mumbling and frowning for a while before walking into the rest room to get ready for the day .

After having her bath she picks out a cute chic and girly outfit , while trying to get dressed her phone rings , she picks it up and it's Stacey,

hey bestie , Stacey please tell me you slept last night , penelope responds to her , Nope not at all I did try my best to sleep but I had insomnia coupled with my excitement for today , Stacey replys with so much enthusiasm in her voice.

Guess what ! she asks , What pen replys , Henry got me a nice gift yesterday , it's a really cute transparent water bottle in my favourite color and there were love stickers all over it ,

awnnn that's so nice of him pen responds.

Are we stilling leaving by 2 pm or are there any changes in time penelope askes . No not at all we are still leaving here as planned . okay pen responds again as she continues

I want to go get coffee do you mind coming along , yes of course I'll get bread and smoothie or even mochi, Stacey replys .

okay then meet me at the coffee shop close to your house , pen responds , as she hangs up the call and walks out the door .

Stacey hurriedly gets her hair done cause she had already taken a shower earlier , she then grabs her purse and scurry out the door .

Hi .... they both hug each other and give each other a friendly peack on the cheek . pen grabs her iced nice scented coffee and they both walk down to the bakery .

they walk in and greet the workers

um I think I'll get this she points at a nice chocolate loaf of bread super soft and small . and also ill get a chocolate smoothie.

Do you care for anything she askes get friend smilling , no not at all pen replys her I'll probably have pasta later .

thank you , Stacey says politely while being handed her order . they both walk outside .

Have you called kelvin and Henry , pen says as she sips her coffee, I haven't I think ill call them when ever we are almost ready to leave they've got alot of tidying up to do.

okay pen respond again.

they hug and walk into their separate streets and keep going , don't forget we meet at kelvin House okay Stacey yells at pen who is quite far away from her . she turns back and nods yes . bye they both wave at each other .

2pm

Everyone arrives at kelvin House parking all there travel items into his car . you all going for a trip a neighbour in her nice car askes while driving to work. yes ma'am they say to her politely . you kids have a safe trip and enjoy yourselves she says and continues driving.

They hop in kelvins car , while kelvin is driving , Stacey in front , penelope and Henry at the backseat .

( Music plays on the radio )

pen sleeps off with her head resting on Henry's shoulders and Henry quite distracted watching the road on his window side .

Any reason why your still single Stacey askes kelvin , as he drives through a serene road full of trees on both hand side , My choice , he responds in a manner that suggests that he isn't interested in the conversation.

They continue driving until they settle at a well deserted area , I think we are okay here , this is really further away from town , he stops the car and signals Stacey to tap pen and Henry who were fast asleep ,

She taps them , We are here,

Henry and pen get out the car , pen yawns , this place seems so quiet ill even say way too quiet. Henry says

He moves to the back of the car to get his belongings . he notices something moving in the grass , yall come see this , but as they get close it immediately seizes movement . okay we just got here that was weird maybe this is not the right place to be it's too quiet.
