Lucia’s POV I shook my head, trying to appear calm. “No… but I don’t like the way he’s watching us.” Daniel cursed under his breath. “You should leave. Now. I’ll cover you.” My heart thudded painfully as I stood and slipped out of the hotel through a side exit. I didn’t stop moving until I was blocks away, breathless and paranoid. Who was that guy?
