Since it was a family dinner, I expected to see Major’s mum, irrespective of the fact that she wasn't married to the man, but at least she had a son for the prime minister. She wasn't here, and I wondered where she could be and what she looked like.
The prime minister's genes seemed to be so strong, because Alden had a lesser look to his mum, and I knew such would apply to Major and his mum too.
I was relishing the dishes served, less concerned about everything until the discussion was brought up. What I didn't expect was the prime minister agreeing with Alden that I prove to him I was indeed dating Major.
