Haven’s POV
I yawned aloud and lay with my back on the bed. I had eaten, but I was tired and was feeling sleepy. Even the little chat I wanted to have with Major might not work out again due to how my body was reacting.
He had left to meet his VP for whatever urgent matter they had to attend to, and I could sleep off before he returned, unless they wouldn't take time.
I climbed into the bed, lay comfortably and covered myself with the duvet. If he met me awake, then wonderful. Otherwise, I could be snoring when he gets in. And even if I am awake, there is a high possibility of me still dozing off amid our talk.
