Major’s POV
She suddenly pulled away, and I understood how she felt. I would be disturbed too if I were the one who saw all that this morning, but the difference was that I wouldn't keep silent as she was trying to.
Her cheeks were flushed, and she diverted her looks from me.
I took her palm into mine, rubbing it with the other. “If you let me, then I will explain.”
She didn't glance at me, didn't make a move.
“Geraldine is my ex, the one you heard about cheating with my brother. I never for once went intimate with her without a sheath, and even wearing the sheath didn't take away my senses to pull out before ejaculation, so there's no possibility of that child being mine.”
