“I am truly sorry about your mother, I feel so guilty with how she was killed by that wretched family”, Shane felt extremely guilty that she lost her mother in order to protect his wife and Ava. “Please don’t, I’d have done the same to protect this angel”, Mariana caressed the beautiful baby as she was falling asleep in her fathers arms. Lee walked out the house to get his mate home “You ready little witch”, Lee wrapped his arms around her from behind rubbing her belly. Mariana nods her head “We will talk soon”, Mariana smiled at the sleeping Ava and rubbed her head. She and her mate were headed home for the night, for some much needed sleep.
Lee was staring at his mate a bit confused, Mariana explained she needed to talk to Shane but he doesn't understand why.
