Chapter Nine First Date Smoothing down her hair and checking under her arms for deodorant stains, Rosalie braced herself against her nerves. Susan was covering the front desk, and Rosalie had more faith in her competence as a receptionist than as a housekeeper, so she knew her anxiety was about Alex. She couldn’t remember the last time she had been so nervous to go out with a girl.
