The committee members were made, and five sections were agreed upon, ten members in each. Jonathon and Ryan were both in the Central section. I was glad that Jonathon was going to be involved and Ryan, too, being dad’s beta, he had a lot of input and experience in our area and of the kingdom itself, knowing most of the alphas, and he can guide Graham as he takes over as my beta. Jonathon and Ryan are two of the strongest betas I know, and they have a calmness to calm a room of angry alphas and are able to think clearly when under pressure. That calmness I feel will be needed in the early days of the new committee, as it is tried and tested, at least all the alphas had a say in its conception and can’t say it was biased in any way.
