"Tonight?" I shrieked, unable to believe it. His father wanted to see me. The alpha, Theodore Keith, wanted to see me.
Ivan moved closer to me and embraced me, trying to calm me down.
"Why? How did he know about me?" I questioned. Though I had started yielding to the mate bond, I wasn't prepared for his parents to know me yet.
"Calm down. Relax." Ivan cooed, but I shook my head.
"Nothing in this city escapes my father. He has spies everywhere and he's been hearing the rumours about us being together." He explained.
"I know it's sudden, but he's been asking about you. He has guessed that we're mates. I think it's time you meet him."
"That doesn't mean I'm ready. Your father is the alpha, Ivan."
"So? He still looks like a normal man. Besides, I'll be there with you. You don't have to
