Juliette's Point of View Three days passed quickly. On the morning of the deadline, a carriage arrived at Silvercrest bearing the Ashvale crest. My father's Beta, Jonathan stepped out, looking uncomfortable and sweaty despite the cool weather. Behind him, servants unloaded ten large wooden boxes. I met them in the main hall, Rosie at my side with her notebook ready. "Luna Juliette." The Beta bowed stiffly. "Alpha Marlowe sends his regards and presents these items as fulfillment of his obligation." I looked at the boxes. Ten of them, lined up neatly on the floor. "Open them." The Beta blinked. "Pardon?"
