Letting soldiers walk into the armory and choose their own weapons is like letting robbers walk into a cave full of treasure and take whatever they want... My soldiers felt that way after being put into the armory, let alone this wasn't just any armory, it was a Japanese armory with equipment several levels better than what we used to have!
