Welcome to the fourth Wes & Finn story! The theme for April’s short stories, over at JMS Books, was “rain or shine”—and we’ve definitely got rain, here! But also promises of togetherness, no matter what.
I’d had the idea for this one a couple of stories ago; Wes hadn’t actually been around for something physically going really wrong, for Finn, and I wanted to find out how they’d deal with that—and Wes has a hard time with it. And, in fact, so does Finn, though for different reasons. They still have some things to talk about…
But they do talk. And they love each other. Rain or shine, indeed.
