I walked into professor Lee's class oblivious of the commotion and tension.
class, we have a plagiarism issue - two identical designs were submitted to me one from Amelia the other from Tiffany and Victoria. Amelia, Tiffany and Victoria please stay behind after this class.
my heart sank; I knew my designs were original and I made sure no one had same designs with me during sketching - so what's happening?
did someone copy my work or..is this a mistake?
I didn't concentrate during lectures cause I was confused. finally the class came to an end. I approached the professor's desk - Victoria and Tiffany were already there
Ladies, we found out that identical designs were submitted to us . Tiffany, Victoria you already claimed that the idea was yours and the sketches were made by you....yet Amelia submitted the exact design and sketch moment's ago.
smiling innocently Victoria responds - actually professor Amelia must have copied us. we submitted before her yesterday and she did hers today.
my eyes widened at the realization Victoria copied my designs and sketches and now she's framing me for plagiarism
I can't let that happen I have to stand up for myself I said inwardly " that's not true professor, I made this design months ago when you announced it to us, my inspiration journal and sketch book's at home.
then I remembered I had uploaded some of my current designs I quickly brought out my phone showing him " check my blog and social media handles - I posted sneak peeks of these designs months back and.. I pause then calls Reilly on phone I put it on phone speaker she speaks almost immediately. "hey Amelia what's up I asks her about the designs
yeah Amelia got the designs, she also asked for ideas from me which I happily gave before I traveled so she's not lying I ended the call and turned to the professor I'll go grab my journal from my house I turned and looked at Tiffany she was quiet and she had been since we walked to the professor's desk I rushed home coming back with the journal and sketch book
I handed it to professor Lee he started going through them until he Saw the design. he handed the book over before glaring at them - you guys plagiarized her work, and now you guys are framing her you guys will be given a detention for 3 weeks plus I'll remove your grades.
she glares at me before whispering into Tiffany's ears suddenly Tiffany backs away no Victoria your obsession with Damien got us in this mess am out of this game I can't continue with this
I was struck with awe Victoria was obsessed with Damien now I know why she's doing all this she once again glared at me and muttered this isn't over then she turned to grab Tiffany but she had already left, Victoria also left.
I also followed suite but then again I saw her walking towards Damien I quickly hid behind a tree listening
Damien I need to talk to you about Amelia she isn't who she is, she plagiarized my work and then the professor gave her a three weeks detention.
I don't understand Damien said skeptically the Amelia I know won't do such
I saw her grab his hand Damien believe me every one was there
I decided to come out to expose her when professor Lee walked up and said that's a lie Damien it was Victoria and Tiffany that was caught plagiarizing Amelia's design
actually the reason I came here is too hand you this expulsion letter the principal and the board has decided that since you could plagiarize and frame Amelia you could do anything plus your dad's here, his ashamed and disappointed at you .
she storms off I felt pity for her no school will accept her now except she goes abroad
well she brought it on herself I still have my designs to finish I turned and headed for the cab and headed for my apartment
upon reaching I got a call from alpha Roland reminding me about the gala being in a weeks time
